Our data recovery rate is about 80%. If the drive will
spin up, and is recognized by system, we can generally recover 100% under those
circumstances.
$145.00 per hard drive, up to 16GB of files. Larger
amounts of recovery may incur additional fees depending on needs.
Additional drives recovered at the same time, are $85.00 additional per drive.
Remote Support
Have a high speed connection to the internet? Our remote
support can solve and diagnose most problems, whether your across the
town, or the other side of the country. $45.00 initial connection (1st
hour included) inspection fee. $20.00 per hour after the 1st hour.
We find that generally 85% of problems can be solved remotely, except for
situations where your system is unable to boot into Windows, or situations
where you are unable to connect to the internet.
We can also accommodate Dialup users in some situations.
On-Site Services
On-site services provided within 50-miles of Columbus, IN.
