The following represents the current warranty statement included with all new systems purchased from Nepronix Computer Systems.

This warranty will provide the purchaser of any “Ultimate PC” custom built computer system, with on-site parts and labor coverage on all  internal components of the custom built system including the power supply and attached secondary case cooling fans.  This warranty includes, but is not limited to the following: Motherboard, processor, all       expansions cards (Modem, graphics card, etc.) hard drive, CD drive, floppy drive etc.  In the event that any component fails under normal use during the three-year period,        commencing on the date below, Ultimate PC will replace the defective or failed component or components pending   determination of cause of failure.  If status of problem can not be resolved within one-hour (combined time) of phone support, a technician will be dispatched for on-site  diagnostics and repair within 48 hours of the reported problem.  If       reported  problem results in non-operation of and is considered hardware related, and is considered an emergency, a solution will be provided within 24-hours. On-site warranty valid within  50-mile radius of Columbus, IN. All Lexmark and Canon printers are covered by the mfg. warranty. Keyboard, mouse, and joystick are covered by a one-year warranty only 

Exclusions resulting in void warranty and items “not” covered

Your custom built computer system has been configured with strategic placement of special security features.  In the event that any security feature has been tampered with in any fashion , all warranty is null and void.  Use of proper surge protection must be in place to protect all components including the use of    telephone line surge protection at all times.  Any damage as a result of lightning strikes, and other electrical surge damage will not be covered by the stated  warranty above.  Any damage as a result of misuse, intentional or accidental damage will not be covered!  This warranty does not include support for software installations or modifications made by end user  which may result in corrupt files, non-boot situations, and/or other conflicts resulting from end user operation.  Determination of warranty service and replacement is and will be the at the sole discretion of      Ultimate PC and its component manufacturers.  

WARNING

Placement of system tower in confined spaces allowing for less than 4 inches of airflow between rear and left side of case, will result in void warranty!  Proper heat dissipation is critical.  Should you have any questions, please contact Ultimate PC at  866-727-6588.

Technology upgrade program
